In conclusion imagine putting I expert MMA fighter or even I muay tai kickboxer in the ring against them thy wouldn't last 5 seconds

You have to understand that it is sports karate, therefore there are rules, as points are added you need ways to add those points, that is why you are constantly jumping, that gives you greater speed, power and explosion to make the attack. On the other hand # 3 there hands area to low (I don't understand what you mean by that). And finally, it cannot be compared to an MMA fighter who masters many martial arts since the combat system is very different and the rules of MMA are very different from those of sports karate, as I said before it is sports karate so it has rules, if you don't follow the rules there are penalties. So there are also certain things of ethics in sports, in sports karate you cannot knock out, it is because of what I said before, it is sports, it tries to preserve the integrity of all competitors, it simply marks the point although that does not mean that cannot be hit, believe it or not there have been knockouts in combat, other accidents and injuries.
