I returned yesterday night (28.12.2024) Challenges faced 1) No autos/ No Cabs 2) You have to pay three times fare if you get any auto/cab 2) Room Price double 4) No Palki wala/ Ghora / E Rickshaw. Price of each single thing was double. Even children stuffs like chocolate, lays, water bottle were double. The shopkeepers are fully corrupt. Positive part was The shops of Shrine Board were very good. They have not charged single money above MRP. These shops are within the distance of 2 km at every point. Eat the food from Shrine Board shops only. Suggestions for those people who are going between 29 Dec 2024 to 1st Week of Jan 2025 1. Take your all eating stuff with your self, do not depend upon any shops 2. Book your room prior to your visit 3. Bring Rain Coat as the weather is 6 degree at the top with rain and maybe snow in coming days 4. Bring Umbrella 5 Bring warm cloths, gloves, caps 6 Medicines if any 7. Bring two pairs of shoes 8. If possible carry the prime for your kids JAI MATA DI (Rope way is the best solution)
