PA needs to do something. I'm currently 734GS, and I don't know why I'm continuing to grind. There's zero PvP, and absolutely no incentive to continue to place my time into gearing up further. This time last year, wars (capped & uncapped) were popping off like crazy giving me incentive to keep improving my gear. I don't even get attacked anymore at grind locations since people are too scared of getting banned.

One thing I absolutely agree is the carrack situation. I built 3 carracks back to back from scratch over the course of a 1 year+ and most of my friends have a carrack with a click. Haven't watched yet but a HUGE change would be family wide quests. They release so many classes and weapon exchange coupons, exp transfers, etc. people might not be playing the same characters they were 2 years ago that they completed every questline on, and now need to redo all of them just to start a new questline. (you could retag, but that's only if you haven't transferred your exp and your old main is now level 56 with no skills, and even then, if you already have a tag, it's a pain in the butt to go back and forth tagging just for quests). It's actually insane this hasn't been implemented yet.

I think people forget how much drama there used to be on the PVP scene when this game was at its height. That’s why you logged on. I can remember full on fallouts from literally just a random kill at a grind spot. I bought an advanced carrack from the market, i only had a caravel and a galeass with green gear before. 600 barters. I now have over 3k barters and full +10 green gear and i have 40k crow coins saved up and have the nodes for blue gear. And currently doing crocs. I plan on getting a valor next. Maybe im in the minority but buying a carrack got me in the ocean, and i haven't left it in 3 weeks. It was a goat update imo. you could arrange an NA/EU joint poll. do you enjoy the game? yes/no. then a list of changes to the game that would potentially bring people back and people vote those with a limit (so they can see what is MOST wanted to least to essentially spoon feed them a to-do list). there are alot of people that still watch bdo content without playing. if you could organise content creators together to share the vote would MAYBE show PA just how much people want change. maybe they would listen to a number that is probably higher than their whole player base at this point.

Like I said before, if our streamers won't call out the issues of the game and scream it. Who will for us? Cause us regular players aren't heard. I have been here for 8 years and this year I felt the fall of the game and no matter what I said. I was not heard. All of the Doomer streamers were saying what I wanted to say. People nowadays do have a lot of trouble considering there are always exceptions to the trends. I was explaining the general approach to content and feedback Choice takes against how I choose to do it. Generally, choice tries to be positive about the game and give feedback lightly and as positively as he can. Does this mean choice is always positive and never says negative things? no not at all, but it is the trend. I am more direct with my feedback and speaking my mind about problems and issues with the game. Does this mean I am always negative when I give feedback? no absolutely not. You know what would make the grifing problem way less severe? REMOVE any kind of temporary buffs like loot scrolls, exp scrolls and other garbage. YOu get mad when someone barges into ur rotation because you popped your scrolls, your tent buff etc and you feel like you are wasting them. correct me if iam wrong blue, but how is eva stronger at any endgame spot. any dehkia spot just ignores resonable evasion. same for crypt. and as far as i tested after the update (granded briefly), ulukita isnt much different, although you actually evade the normal attacks a bit. the hardest eva spot you can do is normal oluns and normal ash afaik. iirc the red areas in calpheon elvia can be evaded, but the dmg output is too high with low hit numbers, as that it would make sense to gamble on it. granted, i didnt test new darkseeker or loml, but can you name ONE endgame spot, where eva is actually stronger? you loose 9dr from gloves and 29dr from boots for a grand total of 38dr. while i doubt you actually feel 9dr much, if you not close to death constantly, you would feel 29. so why should one build any evasion? for low to mid spots only? i dont get it, can you enlighten me? where is the usecase, if you arent into uncaped pvp? i play awa sorc. if my bonus eva does nothing, then what will?

You don't judge BDO based on Heidel AFK'er anymore, the number of people who are fishing in Velia is just crazy nowadays. The reason is because the well is not as far as in Heidel so that they could sell their fish in LoML without having to run all the way to Moretti plantation to jump into the well. After making lifeskill levels family wide, people are just choosing to fish with another character left at the shores of Velia, this was a big change since you can leave your lifeskill gear on one character and leave it parked there. Learn to adapt and stop complaining about everything.

I really really love BDO, and I want the best for this game too... but tbh what pushed me away from the game wasn't the lack of PvE content... wasn't the lack of meaningful and rewarding life-skilling (before recent changes)... wasn't even the PvP cuz I just don't care about it.... it was the community crying and whining and throwing shit everywhere all the time... man it made it so dang tiring... I even left the game not because I was not having fun, quite the opposite, I was on the best part of the game (late-game -> end-game phase) and man... it is so awfully painful and tiring to see all the time people crying and whining and talking shit about everything that tbh... just for the sake of my mental I had to leave... but again NOT because I don't like the game, but because of the doomers and crybabies throwing shit on fire to everyone that wasn't agreeing with their "GaMe DeAd, TnL bEtTer, FuCck PA, gAmE iS tRaSh nOw"... and tbh statistically, I can't be the only one that left just because of how unbearably annoying the doomers got... I ended up hating a game that I used to love thanks to these weirdos that pretty much were saying "hope this trash game dies soon"... and it's all on the doomers.

Still the experience you get after countless brainrot comments makes it suck, same s*it with BDO, I enjoy playing it, a lot, but it's been MONTHS almost a year with ppl and content creators whining an crying about EVERYTHING... at some point it gets too tiring. It sometimes goes as bad as literally logging in, going to Heidel fountain and you can read at chat a lot of doomers b*tching and crying 24/7... The only thing that will bring actual BDO players back is the ALLURE of PvP. I called it when they started their destruction of PvP it would start to kill the game. Yes the OW PvP changes were the start. They got a boost when they made the change, maybe, then it started spiraling because the non BDO players hit the gear wall and were going to quit regardless. The PvP players had something to work towards with their gear. Now there is nothing, BDO is a floundering fish atm with zero direction.
