According to the discord chats PA didn't do anything wrong. Ronin was answering her even when she ignored his questions about her bad stream practices in the bdo category and talking to the CM in a rude way. That woman is so childish and impolite just because she didn't get what she wanted. Also she was doing bad practices in bdo category in Twitch and according to her Ronin can not ask her about that cause that topic and the birthday event are two completely different things. It is a little hard that they removed her but I think she said more things than she showed and that is why she was removed from the program.

Ronnin was very polite, and he thoroughly explain his situation, he, explained in detail when she was reportedly breaking ToS, and how her event (which was very low effort btw) did not meet the PA standard. he did f-up by not reading her initial request, but he acknowledged it. Jinaii was very childish throughout the whole conversation, when confronted about her ToS violation she didn't even have the common courtesy of saying 'yes', her event was subpar, but she didn't want to acknowledge it and instead try to make excuses as to why it is actually 'an in-game event' when it was literally just a sweepstake givaway.

Idk this people are really bad att costumer support. She requests a key for costums. This should be end in 3 days as much. Okay, let's suppose this need so many permissions from some superior, 7 days? I worked for TP at Xfinity at one point, this is much more laid back than the customers I saw(people in USA and United Kingdom is "crazy, insane, are a fk bb diapers at the 45 years" but they have money) . And looks like a pretty easy problem to me. I even know people on Nintendo and EA. She earned the right to act like that. Imagine you need a month for a simple costume code. It's not a problem of how the kernel works when you start the game. I now provide SO support to large companies. Imagine taking all that time to say "thanks for waiting, here's the code." They'll probably just cancel the service in less than 1 week. I win money for solve problems fast. They don't want pseudonyms, excuses, they don't want to know how your company works, etc. 1 problem, 1 solution, the least possible time and interactions.

Due to the fact she deleted negative comments on her KZbin Videos, I'll just leave my opinion here. It's on topic. She claims she is the hardest working streamer in the BDO category, which is a huge slap in the face for all the BDO content creators out there. There are content creators, like Blue, Choice, Wakayashi among others, that actually put time, money and effort into their twitch streams and youtube content to make content and entertainment for their communities and the BDO community as a whole. What makes her the hardest working streamer? What metric did she use to determine she is the hardest working one? She isn't even close to having the most hours streamed per week. She is sitting in front of her PC all day playing the game she enjoys playing and it just so happens that she has a webcam on while doing it. That's not hard work, anyone can do it. Showing cleavage to attract viewers to then milk them with constant ads isn't hard work either.

Came back just to add this: Let's not forget the "Do YoU kNoW whO i Am???" scandal and apparently, according to comments on her KZbin video (which since got deleted, can't confirm this because I don't watch her streams), she did a 1000 € donation goal to buy a new camera for her stream a few weeks back, yet there still is no new camera and her webcam is still in 480p. Considering how she, evidently, considers time (11 days seem like 3 weeks to her), it's been a very long time since the donation goal and she didn't deliver on her promise and basically scammed her community for 1000 €. Within Germany, ordering something from Amazon and getting it delivered takes 2 days at most.

It is crazy they aren't supporting the ren fair you are putting on. That seems to be almost spot on "for the community at large". You aren't even requiring people to be subbed to your Twitch and you are pulling in other creators. What does "EOD" mean? LOL. From someone who obviously has never worked a professional job before. I am not saying that content creation isn't a job, and you can be professional at it, but it just shows the Gen Alpha / has never worked in an office / "regular" career before. She really does come off passive aggressive here as well. Asking for free stuff and then digging the person with "Are you blind" and not responding to his requests for acknowledgment / with an emoji. I've managed these young adults (19-25), and it's a real chore, even for others in their age bracket who use proper etiquette. They don't speak in words; they are massively passive-aggressive and only out for whatever is on their mind and will bin your requests. Literally zero compromise and they can't even take constructive criticism without feeling attacked to the point that it's "harassment" and wildly disrespectful. I hope this new generation of professionals gets it together, it's almost impossible to hire them when they act like this. And on the other hand, one of my best employees is 23 years old and they are one of the hardest workers I've ever met.

EOD is end of day, a google search would show this, Its a liability for corporations to be involved in events they are not in control of. Pearl Abyss would be put at increased risk of a lawsuit if they provided things for giveaways and events they aren't involved in running. Many laws exist around lotteries and Pearl Abyss has no way of ensuring they are followed unless Pearl Abyss is running the event.

Another W for pearl abyss. Ronin made the correct decision and its absurd that some streamers feel entitled to anything more than a referral code and maybe a birthday code with a free monthly value pack or something. The majority of games with creator programs don't provide anything more then a referral code or 1 free item. The reason pearl abyss has to run the event is for liability reasons, most streamers have good intentions but some might exploit an event to give their friends stuff or use pearl abyss to make money off of rigged events. Pearl abyss is 100% in the right. Streamers are unbelievably entitled to expect developers to give them things that cost money for free for them to give to their viewers. Jinnai is an entitled brat who leaked DMs and will likely be banned in game for it as she should be!

My problem with PA's decision to judge it as 'it must support the BDO community, not the streamer's community,' is then they **NEED** to support people like Armin and not just steal his idea. I don't see how Blue's fashion show isn't 'community' just because it's being run from his discord. I guess maybe he should have put it on the official forums? Point is, if PA wants to lay down rules, make sure they are clear and visible (like the creator discord or official forums) and are clearly understood. Not these vague guidelines that don't tell creators how to fulfill those guidelines. Both sides had failings. That being said, that streamer's failures are more appalling IMHO.

So many people in the comments seem incapable of separating entitlement from integrity. She never showed entitlement, because she didn't EXPECT the costumes to be approved. She simply expected her request to be looked at. If they actually responded in time, maybe then she would have shown entitlement, but it's absolutely illiterate to look at this situation and claim entitlement. She's literally furious that they couldn't simply respond to her Event Request, which is essentially like a ticket. They don't have an excuse to not respond to her ticket. She sent it in at the start of the month and it didn't get responded to for 3 weeks. They asked her a bunch of other shit in the meantime, but they didn't actually address the literal ticket she made. This would be like if you sent a GM ticket asking for something, and then a GM randomly asked you an unrelated question 11 days later. So yes, every community event contributes to the game and supports it. This is the biggest problem PA has and this is the reason why people are quitting including me. Just a major L and if this doesn't change in the near future, game will literally die mark my words

she is entitled af, but then again PAs loss, not hers. thats how you deal with creators. most are just aholes. i can only guess how conversations between them prior where. but the event stuff in general is just awful. idk if its just a cultural thing like nintendo striking everyone that plays their games on YT, or someone hating streamers. its just that if they shoot themselfs in the foot, they also hurt us. the problem is, PA will never learn. even if the company shuts down, those at the top will find another job. the rest who arent at fault will suffer. same with any company or politics or whatever. you really feel powerless.

rare PA W oh no you got ignored by 3 weeks (*cough* 11 days) but you ignored his ToS related request for how long? why would I want to do something for a creator and give more care to who ignores CM/GM's game request about ToS but only contacts them for their own good follow the game and twitch ToS and set a good example then the company will appreciate you in return and have more fucks to give
