Yes, as long as the acrylic white is waterbased paint,its compatible to mix ..

Hindi po pang concrete wall lang po ang latex paint..Puwede tayo mag mix nang ganyang kulay sa urethane like anzhal pra puwede po ipintura sa sasakyan sa pamamagitan ng pag spray..
