For someone interested in freelancing, this is an excellent way to begin with by managing expectations. Hindi yung puro hype lang na 6-digits ang kitaan, without laying out the hard work that you need to put into it.

I've learned a lot from the vid, one of them is that need natin lagi mag upskill and dapat plantsado ung resume and profiles natin para makapagsabayan at di tayo mapag-iwan sa evolving VA industry. Thank you po for sharing free resources and beneficial insights to us aspiring VAs / Freelancers 🌞 I really appreciate it.

You said, that clients nowadays are specific and knows what they want. And they are also aware kung sino may experience vs. sa wala (newbie) (fake it til you make it). Freelancing pala ngayon ay labanan na ng skills and most specially experience. Paano nalang yung nagbabalak palang maging VA - no experience to BPO or freelancing?

Then how will we get past the "experience needed barricade"?

Nandun na tayo na 2024 at demanding na ang clients, pero paano po kung wala pa talaga experience even sa pag aapply as VA? Does it mean wala ng pag asa ang first timer?
@Mikeee-pi3wz5 ай бұрын
Same po tayo ng nasa isip. On this particular content, I totally understand the whole point na "pwede na" is no longer applicable, so we need to invest in ourselves by upskilling. Madaming available resources online to learn new skills or we can even buy paid courses if we are that desperate to learn new skills. But how can we market ourselves newbies to VA industry if possible clients preferred someone with experience? Isa pa to nalilitohan ko ngayon. Other tenured VA's would say "know your worth", so avoid low baller clients or those who offer less than $5/hour. Why? Coz it affects the whole Filipino VA community wherein possible client would say other VA accepts only $3/hr while you is $5. While digital creator VA's would say, kaka "know your worth" e wala ka tuloy client kasi hanap mo yung malaki mag-offer. 😵💫

@@Mikeee-pi3wz also, kung yung experienced VA 5-6 per hour, bakit pipiliin yung walang experience na 5-6 per hour din

@Mikeee-pi3wz5 ай бұрын
Parang ganun nga po halos ang point coz experience na talaga ngayon ang labanan sa VA world. Also, tenured VA's can handle not just 1 but multiple clients. And they can even build an freelancing agency to serve more possible clients. In reality, since you don't have experience yet, you will be thinking to apply for VA agency who can offer $3 - $4 per hour just to get a job and experience. 😐
