kung single person ka lang po and prefer house and lot with limited budget, A-Type houses are OK. However, I agree with whatever's on your mind or way of thinking... Ung pagbuo kasi ng A-TYPE houses costs almost as much as a regular tiny house... andami pang nasayang na space. Given that same budget, I would prefer a standard cube or prism tiny house stacked or with multiple floors para di masayang ung space. Same cost, much better space.

Yun kitchen wala ventilation. Saan lalabas un init at usok kapag nagluluto. Baka niluluto lang din nya is instant or hotdogs lang dahil bumibili sya sa labas or something di ko alam lang. Pero kung everyday dami mo ritual sa pagluluto. madami ka ginagamit. Saka may space pa sya dun sa gilid sana inextend nang konti un kitchen di naman kelangan un paikot na daanan,, but syempre bahay nya yan sya masusunod.

Problem with acacia.... Basta2x na lang nahuhulog bigla ang mga sanga kahit walang bagyo and ang roots nya very damaging sa concrete. Sa tapat ng bahay namin may malaking acacia. Nung nag bagyong Odette pagkakita ko kinaumagahan nakatayo pa yung puno pero yung kalsada nawasak dahil sa ugat nito nung nag sway2x ang puno dahil sa lakas ng hangin.

Arch Oliver is trying to be polite kaya di niya ma emphasize yung ventilation problem ng house. First of all no windows. Next yung aircon nasa kusina and you can’t close the kitchen door when sleeping. Aircon is undersized and for sure doesn’t reach the loft😃 The persom in the loft has to keep the door open while sleeping and expose themselves to feral animals. They also will need to keep their bags on top of their body while sleeping😂 A-frames work for extremely cold climates, they’re not applicable in the Philippines . The bed is in the coffin position by the way, feet pointing to the door. Feng shui aside, owner forgot that furniture needs to be moved to be cleaned properly. Hay naku this house is purely for acrobats.
