For people with cystic acne you need to know this. Do not eat dairy products.. yes im referring to milk, cheese, butter etc. I know it is hard but you need to make sacrifices. Tipong pag may celebration halos lahat ng handa may cheese or milk so maiiyak ka na lng. Spag, macaroni, lasagna, cordon bleu, buttered chicken or shrimp. Maski ice cream 95% may milk product so nono, go vegan ice cream mejo mapapahal ka nga lng. Maski junk food ganun din. If mag chocolate bar ka nman make sure di sya milk chocolate. Go dark chocolate. Pati cake alamin nyo ingredients kase majority may milk derivative so goodluck. So sacrifice iz real hahaha.

Bibihira naman celebrations eh, kahit kumain ka nalang muna para ma-enjoy yung celebration, lalo na kung worth it naman. Piliin din naman magsaya kahit minsan, di naman halos araw-araw yan eh. First time hearing this cream. Congrats po you are slowly recovering na, it takes time talaga it's no magic that can happen over night. I remember nung major breakout ko during may pregnancy, 2yrs talaga ang binuno ko para mawala yung mga acne scars but now Im currently using BPO kasi nagkaron ako mild acne breakout after ko mag stop ng rejuv, effective naman sya nasa purging stage nga lang ako ngayon pero may improvement naman di na natuloy yung breakout ko, upon seeing your skin condition yung before and after masabi ko talaga na super laki ng pagbabago ng skin mo mars... years from now siguradong mas may iimprove pa ang skin mo😊

This is really helpful and will definitely try it. I didn't have the chance to hear the whole vid but most face products needs skin testing and most of them says try it in the back of your ear to test if it will cause severe irritation but still proceed with face product carefully.

Hi share ko lang. Anak ko 12 years old my acne vulgaris sya.(malala po tlga). Epiduo forte gamit nya at panoxyl wash. Mga 1month na gamitan super effective po sya. Nagkakaron parin sya paisa isa,2 na pimples pero nawawala din agd. S ngayon ubos na yung epiduo nya super pricey p nmn. 😭 But the impt.is super effective. Try namin yan gamitin tretinoin. I have suffered from severe acne 3 years ago but now, when I finally decided to consult with a dermatologist, in 10 weeks, I can already see massive improvement in my face. I am currently in my topical medication with tretinoin and it works wonders! You just really have to trust the process. If I had only consulted with a dermatologist during the early phase of my acne, I think I wouldn't have suffered for 3 years long. 🥺 I'm not against self-medication because I also find it too expensive to dermatologically treat it but for a reasonable assurance that you are treating your acne right, it's better to have it consulted with the professionals. 😊 By the way, I'm sooooo happy for you! I know how it feels to see progress in treating acne. 😁

I have hyperpigmentation and acne scars, It eased a lot like really a lot, just by using oxecure products for just about 3 months but I used rejuvenating set for a week or 2 and rest for 1 week before using the products of oxecure... I use prebio serum, toner and the mud something (forgot the name) by the way I don't use their sulfur soap, it dries my skin so much... Just use mild cleanser.... Anyway just don't depend on their toner use other toner with niacinamide, I do that most of the time . . . BTW... If you have bacne and chestne use the oxecure toner, it helped me a lot... The toner is kinda oily after applying but it will be aborbed quickly, and it's good for oily skin... Just because it has an oily feeling doesn't mean it'll make you oily😉😉👌

It depends po sa lalim ng scars, if noticeable na malalim talaga, tretinoin is not really an ideal choice, marami pong scars treatment na pwedeng i try like chemical peel or laser treatment 🙂
