Incredible club. Off the scale atmosphere from anywhere else I went. I’ve tried explaining to people over the years, but they just don’t get it. It felt like I was born to be in those moments. I have a clear memory of thinking ‘no one has ever had as good a time as I’m having now’ but, of course, we all were.

Best time of my life barring the birth of my kids, i went from the end of 89 to my 20th birthday Mar 15th 92. So lucky to of been at the right age and place when the rave scene kicked off in Liverpool. I don't think it would work with today's youth, too much violence, and too many knives. I was working 2 minutes away in Lloyds Autobody,2 other lads there also went to the Quad, so work was a laugh. I dont think anything like it will ever happen again.Hug someone in a club nowadays and your goin to hospital for sure.
