Thanks ! The green guy's named Lucky. He is based on the hunter ghosts from pacman world 2 and he's the actual protagonist from the canon Pacland Tragedy lore

I recently beated spooky in Pac-man world 2 on the aethersx2 emulator,i came to your channel and hear some peaks you cooked,and when i saw pakuma i was like:wait this guy is familiar to me.Then i decided to replay the final boss of P.W 2,and i realized that it was spooky all this time,so i'm gonna guess Pac-man eated spooky instead of seal him again under the tree of the golden fruits in pac-village,and he eated the golden fruits causing his golden aura in seeking food v2 and the first 20 seconds of haunted courses For no fucking reason,there's no reason when you are PAC ATTACKED

Technically yes, in Ghostly Adventure But here the whole thing is based on Pacman World 2 so i always imagined it like being different species (Pac-Landers, Ghosts, etc...) Also Pacman killed them by eating their eyes directly, they were revived by Orson (the toc-man's ghost) in the story
