This is the PS3, Xbox360 and WiiU version. the 3DS one is different its a side scroller/2D Platformer.

Psst... guys, wait till game comes out or until demo then say things about it. Trailer just shows the game, but how does it play? Yea sure you can look at the game but really, how does it PLAY in your OWN hands? I'll be honest, if this becomes a "Good" Pac-Man World-like game and not like World 3 then perhaps it may have a chance I mean it's been how long since we had a Pac-Man Platformer? Only time will tell when it comes out so hopefully there's a demo at least to try it out.

My hope for the game is it having collecting aspects like Banjo. It appears its just get to the end type stages though as you can skip ghosts.

From what ive heard, this reboot is supposibly a prequel to the events of Pacman. So i wonder if this means we wont be able to see Ms.Pacman? I think it would be interesting to see a newly designed young Ms.Pacman

Nah, it really depends on what kinda platformer you're trying to make. The only platformers that really make a big deal over speed are like Sonic ones most of the time. This seems to be more like Super Mario 64/Banjo Kazooie so it makes sense.

The PS3, Xbox360 and WiiU versions are all identical :) the 3DS version is the only different one being a 2D Side Scroller/Platformer.

I played it recently at ComicCon and you'd be surprised to see how much of Pac-Man World 2 is in there. I know I was. As a hardcore Pac-Man fan in general, I was very, VERY pleased with what I played; and I hated World 3 so that should be a good sign. It feels very close to the first two World games.

nope, I mentioned Blinky (not Pinky, I know she's Applejack/Rainbow Dash), and it was a lucky guest, he's the only ghost who hasn't voiced a MLP:FIM so far. but don't underestimate the brony fandom, they're so capable so hack the original pac-man (it's easier to hack that than pacman world 2 and 3) and make pony sprites for each character except for blinky (though, they can make him megaman instead XD)

Looks pretty good for a game for the Pacman reboot namco is doing. I'm suprised this is Namco's second game(to my knowledge anyway) based on a tv series based on a video game series. For some reason I have a feeling that there is going to be a mario cameo in the Wii U and 3DS versions. After all Pac-Land was the inspiration for Super Mario Bros and he has been in the 3 mario kart arcade games. :3 Maybe I have some PacPlumber fever.

Cool I want to play and I don't think that there will be a ms. Pacman but maybe in the show but I remember in the show pacman was the only yellow one left and his parents are gone so he is alone except he does have some family still with him like his aunt and his friends help him with the ghost I have to ask is there muitiplayer on this because I don't always only use PAC I also want to use like spyro or that girl sorry forgot her name

Looks simplistic and great for kids, but for the hardcore Pac-Man fans I'd probably say look elsewhere. I could see why they did not retain the mechanics from Pac-Man World 2 (the roll and bounce attacks) due to how skilful they were. They followed the gameplay elements from Pac-Man World 3 instead.

This isn't even the final version and it pretty much is similar. Namco Bandai is just trying to update Pacman, so it is either this or he falls into obscurity with no more games ever.

It's not a reboot. It's the perfect example of a spin-off. The original Pac Man is available everywhere. You can play it on your phone, Xbox, Xbox 360, PSX, PS2, PS3, PC, Gamecube, Wii, Atari consoles, Plug N Play, and in most surviving arcades. They need to leave Pac Man alone. The franchise was as popular back in the day as it's ever going to be. This cash cow is running low on milk.

well.. accord the new show the game is based on, the antagonist should be Lord betrayus ( the ghost of an old enemie of the pac-kind ).. i personally like the show, and the game seem really refreshing..

I watched Episode 1, Episode 7 and that episiode where he traveled back to past, and I can't watch anymore of that horrible show. And no, this Pac-Man is not Pac.Jr because name is different (this one is called Pacster), universe is different and all characters are different. Namco said this is simply reboot of Pac-Man so this is not connected to any of the past stories.
