This episode was basically a teaser for the game they're making 😂. In the game of the year awards they announced this game it's a 2d rouge-lite "obviously". Can't wait to see the lore they do when it comes out

I love that we can hear the sound of the quarter going down the machine before the humanoid aka “power pellet” arrives. PAC-Man builds up the power pellet, getting it to eat so that it’s powerful enough to get him through the maze’s exit. Then when the ghost shows up to guard the exit, Pac-Man devours the pellet to gain enough force to kill the ghost and break free of the maze. Sadly the power boost wears off before it can exit, leaving it trapped to try all over again. Strength in repetition. Learning how much to feed, when to use the pellet. Strength in repetition to get through the “maze”. Love this take and looking forward to the game they’ve built this from. Should be out this year I think. It’s called Shadow Labyrinth.

One thing i wanna add is the fact there isn’t any type of time in when it wears off, you can barely see it or can’t see it in the reaction but PAC-Man rips the pellet out his chest, so for all we know it’s endless, there isn’t a timer as far as we know.

The original name for the character is Puck-Man. The Human that plays the game is the character who wakes up at the beginning. The golden orb is named Puck. Puck + Human = Puck-Man (Or as we know it Pac-Man)

The strength of repetition is because the game Pac-Man never really ends. You can't eat the eyes of the ghost because remember, in the game, whenever you ate the ghost, after eating a power pellet, the eyes were the only things that were left. You are the player, hence forth the humanoid body, because when we're playing the game, we're constantly trying to get out the maze. The monsters in the maze are the wafers that Pac-Man eats in the maze. Apparently, we're the power pellet as well, because well, you saw what happened, lol. Also, apparently, this is based on a new game that's coming out.
