Have you tried adding saline solution to your eyeliner I know it works with mascara I too have a blue eyeliner and its old and dry but if i wet the applicator brush it gives me nice clean lines

I like your wet n wild reviews. It helps me figure out whats worth grabbing out of the different collections. I remember wet n wild in high school was bullshit...shitty nail polish...body glitter and patchy eyeshadow, but we rocked the shit out of it. Im glad to say 15+years later I'm still picking it up almost every Wal-Mart trip😂😂🤷#loyalcusto
