There is no rom for this particular video. There never was. It was made before I started playing around with Pac-Man rom hacking. This video was created by abusing MAME cheat codes in a normal, unaltered version of Pac-Man, combined with an excessive amount of video editing to splice in clips of other arcade games and create new animations.
