Pac-Man World: Level 18: Down The Tubes (Rescuing Pac Jr.)

For anyone who came her just to know where to get the key: you have to head to level 4. Open all the fruit doors to get the metal-up ability. This allows you to get the pumpkin so that you can unlock the door to get the plunger thing. Once you have that, you head back to where your kid is prisoner. On the right side there’s a plunger door that lets you go to an area where there’s a blue switch. Hit that switch and the key appears. See 15:45

Unironically this is my favorite level in the whole game haha, I recently streamed both versions of this game, and this level never ceases to amaze me and make rage lol
