That also explains why Screamy reverts/glitches back to his form from the real game in the .exe one from time to time. He is not fully corrupted since he fought back on the corruption itself for quite a bit.

Sadly this mix of triple trouble doesn't have a happy ending just like others, blinky basically accepted his fate, and joins his ghosty friends that "GHOST / DEVIL" Reanimated them (yes that's basically what this version of Pac-Man.exe Is called his name's just Called: GHOST And nothing else...
