I love the voice of Pac-Man in this series it actually sounds really good and I can tell that his voice actor for this series is giving it his all the voices for Pac-Little and Pac-Marie also sound equally as good

Actually, Pac-Man is voiced by a woman here. She actually also voiced Ritchie from Pokémon, Axl from Mega Man X, and several other characters.
