Talking To A Probate Seller | Probate Leads Live Call

A lot of real estate investors are avoiding probate leads because they don't understand what a probate is or how it works.
I'm telling you, if you are disregarding these awesome probate leads then you are missing out on those potential real estate deals because you don't see them the way I see it. These probate properties are such a great source of leads for a real estate investor because most of the time the beneficiaries of these properties are not planning on keeping or owning them. This what makes them motivated to sell these unwanted properties at such an amazing price!

Hands down you explain creative financing better than anyone on KZbin. Even talking with sellers, the way to break it down makes so much sense. Question tho. Your understanding of lease options, land contracts, etc seems as if you have a background in finance. It’s that the case? Or is just from doing this? I’m trying to find a source where I can get all the legal contract knowledge without the fluff. Understanding the concept and KNOWING the concept are two very different things. Sorry Pace one more question. In minute 27:45ish you mention sellers who question how they can buy another house if they still have one with the bank and you have taken over the payments.
