Yes congrats to Tonga for managing to survive the Kiwi comeback. It was virtually a game of two halves.. I really thought it was a game that the Kiwis gave away in the final minutes when they chose to take a penalty kick from 45m out. Personally I thought the better option was to kick for the line and use the full set of 6 to crash over for another try. Tonga were on the ropes and the Kiwis had momentum. Taking the kick was a mental collapse to me.. But that's history now and Tonga live to take on the Aussies for the final. I'm not a fan of Lolohea but I thought he played a much better game than last week. Fonua Blake and Taumalolo were towering but my Man of match was Eliesa Katoa.! He's become a world class backrower.! Well done and well deserved Tonga..

A lot of those players won't be there for the world cup, regardless of injuries we were able to put out a decent performance against Australia and showed a lot of spirit in that second half. @ aussies aren’t at full strength either. But they are winning. The kiwis played poorly in both games. Playing CNK at 6 made absolutely no sense and that was proven last week against the Aussies. Yet jones played him again at 6 tonight and again it failed. But instead of shifting CNK to centre or taking him off and putting Kodi at 6, after 30 mins, he keeps him on the bench until less than 15min to play. Absolutely 🤪🤪
