A lot of forward passes went uncalled. Some set restarts against Samoa were unfair, but Samoa were holding down for too long on a lot of occasions and they do need to better there. England should have been called for offside a few times as well. The ref didn't have a great performance, but both Teams can also be better which is just as important.
