Hard times, My mother live in Ocean Park then she was a teenager, not much money 💴 she worked at the Bingo hall and the Theater, 2 things I did back when I was a teen.

Can you tell me anything more about this footage, like what the original source may have been or how you came across it? This is indeed Ocean Park, likely around Easter (given the rabbits), and guessing that 1940s is correct considering that it seems a bit rundown.
