Yknow I've noticed most kaiju from pacific rim look like common sea creatures (except scunner I don't know what the hell he is like a hammerhead bull thing?) anyway this leads me to Belive the alien kaiju were created from sea creature that the aliens found close to their portals, such as Slattern being a hammerhead/octopus mix and knifehead being that of a swordfish. Some kaiju like raiju and otachi may have been created from DNA of creatures more inland such as pterasaur and sarchosuchus but creatures like leatherback and onibaba along with many others are based from sea life. There are exceptions such as meathead(from the comics,) to be based of of dinosaurs such as carnotaurus the only one unidentifiable to me such as mutavore who I think to be one of the aliens but as a experiment of something like the ultimate warrior thing like captain America

Fun fact, knife head, trespasser,scunner all have the same exact corporeal, build, except for their heads that’s it. They are all the same kaiju as the scientist in their first movie suspected they were clones.

yeah its really underrated, its not a fantastic game but a good-great game! the gameplay is, in my opinion, extremely fun, its the limited amount of characters, and disk-locked content that drags it down

it's out, you just need to go to the main menu click "download content" then select "featured content" and slattern, otachi, and scunner dlc will be there
