Wow! Amazing picture. It looks like that drain pipe did the big damage. Sad, can you imagine the work and money that went into building that staircase? It would be a million dollars to build it today. Thank you for keeping us updated.

Yes, it was fixed and them failed a week later,The apartments are slated for demo.

i believe this land all the time roding if you watch the soil from below resident house unit that is too soft earth not suitable for build condo unit especially this type residential houses too close to beach off shore

Seems to me that whatever water was supplied by the large diameter greenish pipe is the real culprit.
