Very nice presentation. Im also working with Endophytes of Medicinal plants. If you can help share DNA extraction protocol for Endophytes? Also im using ITS 1 and ITS 2 primers, to amplify fungi from my gDNA of leaves. I got very fainted bands of PCR product on 1% agarose gel. Great presentation!
