Why does it look so slow looking back at it but in the moment I remember feeling like my legs were about to fall off at any moment?! Thanks so much for this dude, I would have given up if I was pacing myself. You make this running lark look so effortless mate - me however... 😂 Big things ahead for us both in 2023, let's go smash it. Let's GOOOOO!👊🏻

Dude, I wish it was effortless haha. You absolutely smashed it mate. You and your legs did it, I just gave you something to chase. I was the mechanical hare and you were the greyhound. It was my absolute pleasure man, thank you for asking me to do it. I'm so stoked we could end the year on such a high. 2023 is going to be an awesome year with some big things for sure. Plenty more adventures for us to embark on together too. Can't wait man, Let's Gooooooo!

Andy had loads left at the end, obvs didn't try hard enough 🤣 Reminds me of turning up at a race and telling a friend I wanted a sub 48 10k and out of the blue he paced me to sub 47! Well done to both of you.
