Having babies 21 months apart is not for the faint at heart. I cannot believe that my mom had my sis & me 16 months apart & my aunt had 6 kids in 6 yrs. 2 of hers are 11 1/2 months apart. Just so thankful that conceiving this boy was so much easier than conceiving Quincy. Just praying all goes well & that you get a good long rest.

I had a Great Nephew born in Brooklyn NY at 7:30 lastnight. I live all the way in San Diego so, won't get to meet him for a while, but it's just so fun and I'm grateful getting to see this new generation arriving via the internet. Portable egg light that touches on with red light for changes feeds etc in hospital room. I swear they have insane full overhead lighting that doesn't shut off, it's annoying. I would also bring snacks for you for after.

Bring a phone holder that has a clip at the end to attach directly to hospital bed and obviously a charger. Also comfy pillows or even the pregnancy pillow because their beds feel like rocks after birth. For baby, bring extra bandaids because even that can be hard to get replaced when the nurse is not responding because babies get so many shots and also a head support for the car seat, their heads are so tiny. And congratulations 🎉 you look beautiful and wishing a safe delivery for a healthy baby!!

Aren’t you scared to give birth again after you said you tore inside and outside with Quincy? Also aren’t you scared because you know what to expect this time around pain wise and because of everything you have to go through postpartum like all the bleeding and all the other gross stuff that comes out of you after birth that makes all moms where diapers for weeks after???
