for everyone here: most of these packaging videos are definitely not the norm. though there are people that love packaging their trades this cute, most people stay with the simple toploader, card and envelope! if you want to get into trading or already are into it, do not feel bad if you cannot package your stuff like this! we, as collectors, never expect things like this. as long as the photocard is safe, your packaging is good :)

For everyone upset about them ripping albums. You have to remember a lot of people buy multiples ( especially when hosting group orders to win a fansign) and its hard to sell albums without inclusions. It's good that they are using them in other ways so they aren't collecting dust

Actually it's really really hard to sell unsealed albums esp if doesn't have any inclusions. Sometimes the outerbox/packaging gets damage too and no buyers like that. The best thing to do is put the photobooks in use. I use mine to make envelopes/cards for packing my trades.

Most of them are using so much extra packaging, stickers, paper and other stuff to decorate the package. Then they are adding so many freebies like more paper pics, stickers and candies. rarely do people make a profit from selling photocards! they pay for shipping to get the photocard in the first place and overcharging shouldn't be the answer to adding extra freebies. if anything, the tiktokers probably added more extras just for the aesthetics and extra seconds of asmr

Nope, this isn't always the case. The reason why photocards are expensive is because of the demands from buyers. Sellers can't just put a price on it esp if it doesn't in line with the market price.

I've spent a lot on photocards on Ebay and usually its pretty rare for extras to be included i've had some fan made photo cards and blackpink stickers a few times. Other wise its just the letter with the photo card in plastic taped to a plain piece of card board with no letter or anything. So the packaging is usually quite simple as well , i've never had anything like this before (so far at least).

I started my pc collection last year, bought a lot and I never encountered this type of packaging😭 just the pc's in popcorn sleeves inside a toploader then sandwiched between thick cardboard but yeah I really appreciate their effort although its the norm since everything is clean and new (even the pc's condition)

some fans that collect rip pages off to not collect dust since they might have dubs (because they're hosting group orders or buying an extra copy for fansigns) or this are just old albums. in my case, when I received my first album I didn't know how to take care of it so the cover got ruined for the sun and my brother accidentally ripped a page off. if in the future I want to sell it, the price will be at like $1.000 arg pesos (basically, nothing compared to the original price) so I preffered to not waste money for nothing and just use the pages as freebies. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I dont do trades because i'm worried that the sender will be a scammer and not send me anything and then i'll loose my pc I traded with them, I just buy them online. Yes I don’t sell nor trade I buy PCs for my Collection I NEVER get a pc packed this nicely and cutely! Like they just put a sleeve and a top loader a lil note and in the envelope I rarely buy rare PCs so when I buy them I get these typa packages
