Best trick for second hand bought clothes that you don't have time to wash/dry - put them in a freezer (in a plastic bag or a ziploc) and it will get rid of the smell and all the bacteria without damaging the material 😇

I’ve struggled with sleep all my life. Instead of stressing with it. When you are in bed go to the bathroom and do your business and then get up take a couple sips of water and tell yourself this will help me sleep well, then go to bed. Breathe by inhaling 2 less counts than when you exhale, ex. you inhaling by counting to 4 then exhaling with a count to 6, you will start feeling like yawning and focusing on your breathing instead of everything else that stresses you. If you still stress get up right a few sentences about what stresses you to get it out of your head and then go back to bed. Let’s see if this helps you.
