I love watching these videos and look forward to them every summer - it’s the nosy parker’s best friend! 😂 im personally an underpacker because i hate seeing all the unused items that have been packed and then i resent them. I plan outfits for each day/event and then try to minimalize even further, telling myself if i’m really needing something more then i have that much more excuse to shop! I try to go with only carryons and allow myself to come home with a checked bag.

Sofia I hope you’re having a wonderful time! I love how you lay out all the makeup and open it on your vanity so everything is visible! I’ve been traveling for so many years and never thought to do that. Just got back from italy and Greece and I loved seeing this getting ready video! It was so beautiful in both places. And hot just like you like it. Greece was an impromptu add on for us as it was a Good opportunity to go see family in Greece since my bro and his kids were visiting there also. I am an overpacker. Had more than I needed. I stuck to a color palette for the first time amd it worked really well. White, cool beige, light blue (cuz it’s the Mediterranean lol), black and navy. Mostly light blue and white tho. It worked so well. I took way more makeup than I needed of course. And I can’t wait to see what you buy from there. I took two extra duffels haha. I had to visit the Fendi flagship store in rome and my hubby helped me pick out a fabulous black stingray petite peekaboo. And some gorgeous Fendi first sandals as I can’t resist that heel. Such an amazing experience in the store. Got to go up into the area where they construct fur pieces and they even let my older teen kids in for the tour. I don’t wear fur but It was pretty cool. The SAs was such a sweetheart. Let me know if you want her info if you’re going there by any chance, amd I’ll dm you. Although I spoke with several SAs there and they were all wonderful. @@SofiaSeesBeauty and by the way I agree that first people need to not assume or make rude comments. Secondly people with kids both travel and shop and buy luxury. I do! And LVMHs chairman is the richest man in the world because people do continue to buy luxury. LVMHs earnings are not supported by the single, young kid less population across the globe. That’s just laughable. It’s supported by people who continue to buy, and many of them travel and have kids. You keep doing and getting what you love and we love having you share it with us. You are so organized! Wishing you a fantastic trip to Italy❤. I have spent my life over-packing. Last summer we went to Paris and Florence - I took 3 linen suits with mix and match tops. The biggest challenge for me is pairing down makeup and toiletries. Also, I immediately blew out my travel blow dryer despite the “European” electronic converter I purchased. Thanks for sharing all of your tips, Sofia! I just went to Croatia and Montenegro for 10 days last month and did a small carry-on under seat and a 21-inch check-in bag. I shoved a ton of stuff into my check-in and made it through okay. I put all of my purses and plane stuff in the carry-on. I did have to get some laundry done (mostly underwear), but that was because it was so hot over there (over 100 and the power was out for a bit!). I'm headed to Montreal next week and will do something similar, although this trip is only six days, so it should be even easier. Love so many of your pieces

I couldn’t figure out how long you were going for what I normally do and what I did on my 10 day trip was take a couple of mini lipsticks to make that smaller and I get sample size of foundation from Sephora in their little mini jars so I don’t have to carry bottlesand I do the same thing with skincare I take minis or sometimes I have little sample cards

Hope you have or are having a great trip 🙂 great travel picks 😀: I tend to unintentionally over pack if it’s a trip for longer than a long weekend 😆 the beauty products I always prefer to travel with would be Mini hourglass vanish airbrush primer because it comes in a tube The mini tatcha silk canvas balm primer because it comes in a pot Makeup by Mario prep and set compact for eye primer/corrector and setting powder Koasa cloud powder for setting and smoothing my tzone NARS soft matte complete concealers The hourglass blush/highlight trio - diffused rose edit - for stronger blush and highlight if I want The hourglass original ambient lighting palette volume one - I can get away with those as everyday blush / bronzer / highlight - I can use eyeshadow if I want a stronger bronzer look For an eyeshadow palette I will usually create one out of my ND midi palettes and put it in an empty metropolis palette I have because it’s travel friendly Lisa Eldridge kitten lash mascara Lisa Eldridge lux lucent and velvet lipsticks & enhance and define lip liners Persona cosmetics eyeliners in the shades stone, graphite, brown and black

It's a fact that a lot of what she owns clothes and accessories wise is high end luxury that, in my opinion, could feed a small village lol. However, you did say IF you had kids. Kids are expensive - I know too! There was no need for her to get so defensive over a comment like that.

Sofia’s channel is focused on luxury beauty products and she sometimes talks about her luxury clothes, shoes etc shopping as well. She is very upfront about it, so if this is not the kind of content that you enjoy then don’t watch it. There are plenty of channels on KZbin that cater to people who are not into luxury items and/or who have kids. Kids are expensive, the older they get the more so, but plenty of people still travel and splurge on things for themselves and kids. This is a safe space, no judgment 🕊️.

Here's a fact I know when I visit Bali: they price it higher for foreigners and domestic tourists, but lower for locals (usually tourist spots), so I usually go in*jklux* Go shopping.
