Sometimes you don’t notice the envelope being open, being that it looks closed and if you are just looking for a barcode to scan, it’s happened to me before but I just told the customer that had to mark it not delivered on their side since I already marked it and couldn’t do anything about it

The justice system is whack. A robber can get caught by the police and will be free within 3 months. So the majority of the people has taken matters into their own hands. Some family members and me were in this situation before. Caught a thief that tore down the wing mirrors of 3 cars at a party we were at.

I've had two things go missing and if it says "delivered" then AusPost says they just can't do anything about it which really is annoying. Luckily I'm in an apartment and my issue instead is the delivery dude can't be bothered ringing up and leaves a slip.
