Gravity metal mold or also called gravity die casting is mostly used for longer series and more precise parts.
In our sand casting area, we distinguish between two techniques
automatic and half automatic green sand casting: for medium series and medium sized parts.
manual sand casting (chemical process): for complex and larger aluminum parts and/or short series.
In addition, we also have a complete quality laboratory where we study and control different parameters such as: X-ray control, green sand hardness and moisture control, aluminum composition and resistance, 3D measurements, etc.
Also our advanced technical office will be glad to help you in the development of your parts for the aluminum casting. Our technical office designs and manufactures the tools and molds and performs different simulations such as casting and filling simulations.
