A blessing? He’s a garbage human being and a disgrace to the packers and the nfl!

There should be absolutely NO negativity said about this game. When you can win 34-0, i don't care who we play - we have a DAMN GOOD football team. We're going to make some noise in January,.

Coop looks like a animal out there. Never been so excited for a LB before. Brandon making a 55 yarder in that weather I’d huge come playoff time. The defensive mindset is night and day different from berry. Really loving this Packer team❤

The best play I liked was when Jordan Love hit Dontayvion Wicks for a touchdown on the opening drive, and when Josh Jacobs produced 107 yards and a touchdown and Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks both scored touchdowns. The Green Bay Packers defense produced 2 takeaways, 3 sacks, and 2 4th-down stops in creating the NFL’s 1st shutout of the 2024-25 NFL season. The Green Bay Packers are now officially playoff bound for the 2nd straight in a row and 5th in the last 6 years after clinching a playoff berth under Matt Lafluer as our head coach. Go Pack Go Baby 💚💛🧀 and a very merry safe and wonderful Christmas 🎄 🎁 to Everyone!!! 🙂😉😇😀😄😃😁

We already knew Dillon wasnt coming back but look at what wilson and brooks can do with less than ideal blocking.
@OverpoweredByMonk19 күн бұрын
They both look like good backs. Particularly Wilson’s ability to find a hole. Brooks is no slouch and in pass pro he’s really good. Nice rb room

The Packers blocking is better than when Dillon was running. Not only that, but the saints couldn’t tackle my grandma even if she was in a wheelchair.
@bmook01918 күн бұрын
@brandon54 idk about that. Aaron Jones didn't seem to have any issues getting 5 yards a carry while AJ struggled to get 3.
@brandon5418 күн бұрын
@@bmook019 The blocking for both running backs were different. Yes Dillon does struggle to find gaps, but a lot of times when Dillon runs there are no gaps. It’s also scheme, MLF called a lot of runs with Dillon running sideline to sideline when he should ideally be ran North to South. Cause jones is a smaller and more agile rb, he can do more with less meaning he can hit smaller gaps. Dillon isn’t great but the o line doesn’t help him much. If you actually watch a lot of his runs, there are always defenders in the backfield or the oline gets blown up.
@bmook01918 күн бұрын
@brandon54 that just means he's not that good of a running back.

Kind of off topic but I don’t think there’s a coach I would rather have than Lafleur. Just a high energy guy who will yell at his players and refs, but will also be the teams biggest supporter when they do something well. I just feel like the locker room has to absolutely love him. I legit would not want any other person coaching this team. Also I’m starting to feel that way with Josh Jacobs. He’s totally embraced the fans and the city of Green Bay. He brings a level of toughness this team didn’t have in the rodgers era. Also shout out to the fans. It feels like weve played 1 road game this year. Every other stadium outside of Detroit we have taken over. Love this team and fanbase. And merry Christmas everyone Edit: same can be said about Tucker kraft when it comes to toughness

Wyatt is earning a contract and Cooper is becoming a star. Cooper is a heat seeking missile, he just plays at a different speed than any LB we've had in a long time. He simply makes plays. I can't wait til he knows what he's doing, he's still green. Combine him with Williams, Bullard, Jaire and McKinney, this defense can be special. A guy like Cooper makes a defense special. He can be a complete game changer, kinda like Warner in SF. I hate to say it but we are better without Quay, he was playing his best when he got injured but Cooper and Wilson are a pretty good combo. They need to draft a big thumper in the middle and let Cooper roam all over. He can blitz, he can cover and he can tackle, that's a game changer.
@Onelove200018 күн бұрын
Gute better be lucky no one picked Cooper before the 45th pick🤣 I watched a lot of his game tape from college and felt like he was the 1 player we had to come out of that draft with. Gute had me sweating balls everytime he kept on trading back🤣 I would have punched my second hole in a wall if someone had of grabbed him before us. P.S. The first hole came when we he drafted Love🤣 I kinda lost it😂 I didn't even know who Jordan Love was for some reason that draft, guess because I didn't study the QB's because we weren't drafting one. Thought we were getting Rodgers a WR when Gute traded up. He made the right call though. Gute is like the girlfriend that broke your heart. He will break your heart everytime in the draft. You better not get a "draft crush" because he will be willing out a dagger in that crush in a heartbeat 💯💯💯 Thank God Gute came through last draft and took Cooper. I'm an armchair GM but I really felt like he was gonna be a 🌟 He is taking our defense to a different level. Hope it keeps on going into the playoffs💯💯💯

I thought Jordan Love played a very smart game. Anyone who has played sports has experienced days of being just a little off. Rather than forcing it, Jordan took the higher percentage throws and put a premium on not turning the ball over. I guarantee Matt emphasized that the only way the Saints could get back in the game is if we handed it to them.

This is.a MONEY BALL TEAM. Out Defense is 7th in points, 8th in yards, 5th in interceptions and 6th in sacks. That to me makes the easily a top 5 defense in complete defense. The total is more than the individual parts because they are well rounded. All while playing one of the hardest schedules in the league! This is the best defense we’ve had since the SB! Maybe even better. X is the next Woodson! Such a difference maker! It’s crazy that we’re 6th in team sacks while Gary leads us with 6.5 and is the 38th sack leader lol. The team is playing together. We don’t have an elite rusher or receiver. 2 of the most important positions. We have the most above average guys without having any elite guys outside McKinney, Love and Jacob’s.

Without the best CB on the team for what feels like the majority of the season, too.
@Pnw20819 күн бұрын
@ it’s crazy, even their best players are like 30ths ranked or worse at their position. Idk how it works. Their best receiver is in the 60s and the best pass rusher is 38th. Best corner is not good yet somehow their units are playing light out together. This is a well coached team. MLF deserves coach of the year this year!

X is nothing like charles woodson tho. Woodson was a lockdown corner, and jumped routes, X just plays the back end and reads the deep shots

i dont mean to be a malcontent in a game like this considering that The Packers win 34-0 but.....why is it that Love THIS SEASON atleast....has too often left me wanting more??...considering how talented he seems to be!... ..ill grant you that he has improved from the first part of the season when he was throwing all of those interceptions....however...he is not playing nearly as good as he was at this point last season!!.... ....too many missed passes to open receivers....to much "out of rythm" pass attempts!!...As good as the rest of the team has been playing.....Love has to up his game MORE.....or else he will be the reason that they dont advance beyond the first or second play off game!!.....i mean....for parts of the game ...his completion percentage was below 50 %.....to the Saints!...I realize that their Defense is sound but.....Love has to step it up a little more!! ....if the game arrives where they shut down Jacobs....Will Love be able to carry the team offensively by himself?......last year i think he would have been able to! this year...im not so sure!!
@johnhanson600217 күн бұрын
To me, he was playing very conservative. The game was won after the first series, and he played to not let them back in with turnovers. That throw he grounded when no Saint was near him. No QB would do that if they were trying to score more points. Several passes were targeted well ahead of the receivers to eliminate interception threats. As Andy said, it was largely a cruise control game. Should they run up the score like Dan Campbell does? I'll argue that's why they have so many injuries. No player can go 100% for 60 minutes. You have to pick your minutes, and no minutes in this game warranted a 100% effort. GPG!
@petervaichus697819 күн бұрын
Love needs to complete a lot more passes to convert third downs in order to beat the Vikings or Lions. Right now Darnold is connecting on his deep throws to win games better than Love. That second half offense was stagnant until Malik came in to play QB late, even without having Jacobs. Lot of confidence in Malik leading this offense if he does need to come in during the playoffs.
@MichaelFischetti19 күн бұрын
Love was fine for the first 27 minutes of the game then he seemed to lose his accuracy. It almost looked like he was trying to target 1 specific guy as opposed to hitting the open man. Let's just chalk it up to a cold night and a one off.
@petervaichus697819 күн бұрын
@@MichaelFischetti - yeah…I hear ya…unfortunately for Love the bar is set high because he needs to get judged in making the right accurate throws compared to Darnold and Goff - in order to be able to beat these better teams and making a deep playoff run. This aggressive Packer defense just might make the difference in beating the Vikings and Lions the way they are playing presently. They are really exciting to watch for sure!
@justinrenaud481819 күн бұрын
Saints also have a top 5 pass defense by a lot of advanced metrics. Love played fine for what it was and made the throws he needed to convert. The deep throw to Reed late was very good as well and was a big reason why we were able to turn it to our backups late. He will be completely fine. It does make it a lot easier to be a good qb when you can just chuck it downfield for Justin Jefferson, but yes Jordan needs to be better against better teams, but he still played fine. Again, not a great game, but his processing and decision making has still been great
@petervaichus697818 күн бұрын
@ - the key to watch is how Love plays from behind in big games needing to pass for the winning TD with a minute or so to play in the game…because that’s what it is often going to come down to in a back and forth playoff games. Like vs. the Niners when he could not engineer the winning drive but threw an ill-advised pass across the field on first down with a minute left in the game that was easily intercepted by the Niners. Can Love show composure in those situations under playoff “win or go home” pressure? That is what Love still needs to prove as the running game is not used in last minute drives when needing a score to win the game. Time will tell if Love has learned from last years loss to the Niners…to get the close win this season.
