I think that not being able to sleep while pregnant is a practice when the baby comes. That way, you don't feel much of a change in sleep patterns. It's pretty amazing how everything somehow prepares you for the baby's arrival. It's magical! ❤😊

I had a birth plan and it went right out the window once I was in labour so honestly I wouldn’t worry about it! Just go with what you feel is right in the moment ❤

I never had a birth plan, the thought of it just stressed me out. Accidentally made my water break, and 33 hours later of excruciating back labor I finally had an emergency c-section. I do not remember the two days leading up to my baby it was a very scary time but so rewarding ❤

Hey Ayla, I am a Mum of 3 from Australia. I am 37 and my kids are 17, 15, 12. I want to give you a little advice on a birth plan. A birth plan is a good thing but have a loose outline of how you would like it to go. Otherwise you will end up putting unnecessary pressure on yourself. Just make sure to listen to your heart and body and everything will be great xx You're amazing and growing a human!! You're a superstar...don't forget that ❤

I was anemic when I was pregnant with both my kids and I’ve passed out at the store sitting at the grocery store line it was horrible experience. Bless that you don’t have to deal with that situation. birth plan is having at home or hospital or if your getting and epidural during it or not.. and they should give you list to pack for baby bag for hospital. Usually it doesn’t go as plan too though so I don’t think it matters lol, although… for me, the only rules I have is, I want the epidural, and once baby is born, not letting the baby out of mine or husband sight, if baby goes to get tests done, my husband needs to go with him !!

Keep your birth plan simple. Epidural or not, who you want in the room and do you want the nurses to be the bad guy to restrict people from coming in and when to leave. Do you want kian rubbing your back, camera or not, include your first meal after. It’s just a wish list. Kian cuts the cord, keep stem cells
