It depends on the airlines. For qatar airways they count your laptop bag and carry on as same. However, ladies hand bag is allowed or a an umbrella or a coat. Check your airline rules.

Carry some winterwear with you but don't carry very heavy winter items like snow jacket & snow boots. You can buy thermals also from here but get at least 1 pair with you

It is allowed. I, along with all my other friends who went on different flights, all had power banks in their cabin bags. Also, it is clearly mentioned on all airline sites that powebank is not allowed in check-in, but is allowed in cabin bags. You just need to take it out during security along with all other electronics, metal, liquid & leather items

Don't pack and try to come to Canada. It's too expensive for Indians to live here what with 1 CAD = 61 INR Besides It's too cold in winter, we have a housing crisis, rents very high, groceries ars expensive, very few jobs for international students, you will miss your family, weed is legal, less corruption and nepotism when compared to India..... Stay put in India and 'prosper'
