We luckily had ours recommended for us from our work! It depends on what work you'd like to do etc/Where you're going. Facebook group forums are actually pretty great for this, e.g. if you're looking to live in Queenstown there are a few accommodation forums where people put on available places or you can ask if there is anything available. I hope this helps a bit!
