I received my order yesterday! I loved everything in the box. I'm sorry I was disappointed with a few things. I didn't get ribbon around my package, no flower, and only 3 stickers. That's the fun part. I loved the jewelry. Sadly, the necklaces don't fit me, but I have a plan to fix that. I love the majority of nails. My next order will be handmade nails. Thank you for the best box, this made me very happy. 🎉 ❤ 😊

4:00 I keep hoping that you’ll eventually figure out the issue with the “extra” nails. You shouldn’t say they’ll get extra when they don’t. That is false advertising. They should have gotten 28 sets and they only got 24.

At the beginning she used to give two more extra sets. If you watch the videos you'll see that she changed that.

I'm a bit confused at what you're saying. The mystery envelope that has the "Get Two More" inside of it is put to the side & she clearly grabs two more envelopes with nails in it. So 20 mystery envelopes minus the 4 mystery envelopes that had "Get Two More" inside equals 16 envelopes. 16 envelopes plus the 8 more envelopes equals 24 nail set envelopes. Why do you think it should be 28 nail sets instead? To be fair, Starry should change the wording to make it more clear. The envelope should have a nail set & say "Get One More" inside of it instead of "Get Two More" because it IS very confusing
