I just don't understand why they cut pages of the official albuns just to pack the Photocards. You're literally destroying what to paid to have. It's official merch as well.

Tbh, the reason of these are probably because they buy albums for the photocard or they have extra album. It's not a waste, plus, they bought it with their own money so they can do whatever they want with the albums 😁
