Packing table / height-adjustable packing station - LEAN workstation systems from RK

RK Rose+Krieger is a specialist for LEAN workstation systems which are individually adapted to the process. In this video we will introduce you to a project for a "height-adjustable packing station" from the field of dispatch and shipping. Before this new packing station was developed, a few analyses were carried out of the existing actual situation. Previously, the packaging material, the package scale, the strapping station and the ERP system were all found at separate workstations. This resulted in many unnecessary walking distances and ineffective processes. The new packing station unites all the processing steps at an ergonomically designed workstation.
