Welcome to another Lulu's Way video!!
In this video, I take you along as I pack up the van for a road trip, destination Texas Beaches!!!
I know, I know, it's a long-ass video and I considered splitting all the footage up into three separate videos, but I figured you could split up your viewing time easy enough if you felt it was too long.
I just love packing my campervan for a road trip.
I bring everything I need and nothing more.
I have a very tiny campervan, and designed it so that everything packs perfectly without a lot of "stuff" everywhere.
Everything has its place.

Hello Lulu, This week my husband is on vacation, but he got the flu. When we met at the MD meetup I had so much fun and then it was back to spending time in KY with my mother in law. What a summer this has been. So this week I decided to start a no build camper in my SUV. Years ago I fixed up the Suburban to travel and camp in, it didn't work out for my hubby, You saw the van we ended up with and that works great for the both of us. So I'm still Agile and I kinda like a simple camp. A few months ago I got me a another Ford Expedition, It's not as large as the Suburban, but I like driving it better. I have a ton of ideas for camping in it. But right now it's going to be simple what I already own build. I live in Ohio and if you are going through Ohio on your way to TX I would love to show it to you. I wasn't thinking this through as you left more than Today LOL Maybe we can meet up on your way home or to your daughters! If I was braver I would have signed up for a FL meet up!!

I’ve been using the citrus peeler for years and I love it!!! I use to not eat an orang or grapefruit just because it was a pain in the ass to open it. I now enjoy my fruit even the process to open it.

I love your travel van's home decor ! It always looks fresh, artsy, calm, organized, and welcoming. The greenery around your water looks so wonderful too! I never get tired of seeing it and I always find something new I had not noticed. Those beans look excellent ! Great to go with that thicker exercise mat seeing that you will be gone a while and the comfort may be needed ! I love organization and you have just proven how important it can be to make your life far more easy! Great dress for you ! You look so pretty. You could create shelving in the bag where you put your supplements by using foam core board. You can get it at the dollar store. it is easy to cut. You could put it inside the bag and still be able to zip it up. I hope that makes sense. I always enjoy your videos. I've gotten the best info from you.

Hi Lulu, I'm just loving watching you get ready for your extended road trip. I had a thought while you were filling the insulated lunch box. Being that it is so flimsy, maybe add some cardboard/wood/reflectixs to the zippered part that isn't being used. Just to make it easier to fill. Or... turn it sideways/longways like a cupboard. Either way would make it easier for you to pack and not have to struggle filling it.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit medium top. No plans to travel at all bcuz I suffer from severe anxiety, fear and tinnitus. I just park it in my couple acres and pretend I am camping and traveling. Have a wonderful trip Lulu!

I’m getting ready for a trip too, charging all the things. Just a 5 or 6 day trip so I won’t need to charge on the road. Excited about the new atlas I just ordered and an insulated wine bottle cooler that I’ll be using to carry my butane canisters. Also a new small electric kettle. The gadgets are so much fun.

What route are you taken to Texas? I live in Dallas, don’t have a van, but would love to meet you guys. I just love you, guess I’m so envious of you ladies traveling and meeting new friends, seeing all kinds of scenery . My late husband and I went to Galveston beech on our honeymoon. . Been close to 35 yrs ago. Only time I’ve ever been down there, we stopped by the Alamo, I really enjoyed it. Been the happiest 35 years ever, he helped raise my two sons, my daughter had gotten married, right after we did. We all loved him, and miss him every day, he was my best friend ♥️ Any way if I felt real well and brave enough, never know I could get my friend to go and read signs for me.
