I started using Deonatulle Soft Stone, a stick deodorant, after my American deodorant ran out. It's a little small, but it works better than anything I ever used before and it holds up well during the humid summers.

Blue Forest Roads pinned your comment! That’s super useful. I’ll keep an eye out for the brand when I run out ☺️ it gets humid even up here in Aomori!

Tip! If anyone uses Sensodyne, it is sold under the name Shumitect(in katakana) in Japan. Same exact thing (:

Hi! I'm not sure, you might want to ask your JET coordinator. I'm guessing it would be ok in any other flight situation, as long as you're willing to pay extra for potential oversized baggage, BUT I remember that there were specific luggage instructions for JETs.

Oh my gosh I feel you on that procrastination. I didn’t even start to pack until 1 week before I moved 😂

Anthony in Akita HAHA right? thinking back on it now, it’s straight up like a skill to pack away at least 1 years worth of stuff in just 1 week 😂
