Hello! I have enjoyed your vlogs so much this year! I usually watch on the TV which won't allow me to make comments. But I wanted to take time to thank you for sharing your teaching journey this year. I pray everything works out for your next school year. On a personal note, I too, had to pack up this year to move. I have 2 babies and was working 45 minutes away, which is hard. I got a new job that's only 7 minutes from my house! So I super excited! Take care!! Hope to see you next school year!

Great job! This is actually helpful for me as a soon-to-be new teacher. Student teaching this Fall! It's good to see how much of your own stuff you have accrued and what kinds of things your district provided. Where did you get that cart? That would always be a great thing to have.

I know you went to school for teaching and that makes a big difference, but do you do any planning for the next school year during your summer vacations, or do you do it all during the school year?

Most of it is done during the school year... I take the summer to work on some school projects here and there, to make sure my classroom is all set up, and to plan my whole first week (sometimes two) of school!
