You had that nice warm weather to pack up. Then it got so cold for the rest of spring. Currently we have hot humid weather in WI with drought conditions in South Central. I'll bet you would like some heat at times in AK and fewer misquitoes.

Sorry about the tire issue, living in the country I try to run 8 ply or higher. It has made a huge difference in tire failures.
