I am opening a First/1st Off The Line (FOTL) hobby box of 2023 Panini Spectra NFL Football for our next collectible sports trading card pack unboxing/product review! Hobby boxes have an SRP of $450 but resell in the $1,000 range (FOTL boxes resell in the mid $1,000 range). Every box contains 4 4-card packs (8 box cases). Expect 4 autographs, 4 authentic memorabilia jersey relic cards, and 1 insert per box. I don't collect football, but the way you describe it sounds just like Spectra NBA -- you can get 3-4 big hits including low numbered RPAs of the biggest rookies, and you'll still barely break even (if you do at all).
