Boxes like this are not worth the price. Right now boxes even low tier stuff is high and way higher than they normally should be. I think that is because of all the group box breaks that are happening. Take leaf certified. Boxes for that have been 260+ and normally they range from anywhere around 80 to 100. for hobby. If you can find retail blasters it can be fun to rip into. So far to my surprise, I have been doing good hitting autos in my blasters. I have found 3 blasters recently and hit autos in all 3

I've notice most basketball patch auto cards are napkin patches, whereas football usually has some sort of multi-color. I've pulled some /449 football with 4 color patches, but my /99 or lower bball patches from high end products are all single color!

To be spending that much money only to get a graded card below 9 is just criminal. Panini is just taking the cash of collectors and running with it. I kinda gave up on collecting basketball cards since the products are now priced beyond what I consider to be affordable and that includes retail blasters.

Tough break on this case. I've actually never seen anybody open an Encased and get a great card. I have a shop nearby that sells them for $465 though, so $700 for you is an even bigger bust. I do wonder though, why such disdain for a graded 9 card? By PSA standards, that is a mint card which appears to be in perfect condition without 'detailed inspection.' Even an 8.5 is a pretty damn good grade. Lower than that, yeah I get it. Getting lower than a 9 from off-the-press to grading would piss me off too, but if too many collectors start turning their noses up to 8s and 8.5s (let alone 9s) and we're either going to see drastic fall-off in resale on these cards and (more likely) we're going to see a lot less 9+ grades from PSA and BGS to balance the market back out. Think about it, if every card is 9+, are any cards really 9+?

I think the auto probably got a 9 because the T in tacko went too far into the green border. Usually when they run off sticker or outside a boundary thats why they give them a 9. It has to be a decently noticable smudge to get a 9 as well. Maybe between the two issues eith this card thats why they determined 9 was fair. great videos very entertaining!

PacMan, I would rather buy per card, vs packs/boxes. It’s fun to rip, but if you’re trying to make some coins, you have to watch what you rip, or pick up in my opinion! So it’s super fun to watch you rip these over priced boxes due to hype n nothing else. Cards aren’t changing, they have inputted so much ways of the card, that a simple base rookie is better than an auto card...except for Ja, Zion, other great players.. thanks again!

With Panini legacy football if you got points then you’d get a great card. Opened 2 boxes both with points and box 1 had #’d 1/20 burrow auto. Box 2 had redemption of Mahoney auto #’d /7
