I really like flux because I dig duo-tone and the high-saturation look. Gives the cards NES video game vibes. Happy that majority of other folks hate this product and thus making it more affordable. The only problem I have with it is that they used a very similar design to 2019-20 chronicles flux base set for the base cards. Otherwise a pretty cool product!

Yea I reallly enjoy these a lot! I remember last year when panini released 19-20 chronicles and these cards were inserted, many wanted this to be a stand alone product at the time! I’m still excited for this product

Very much dig this set. Got a Gold Scope Titan Encased Devin Vassell rookie to go with some pretty solid rookies with a Lamelo Red, Desmond Bane atmosphere, Nesmith Supernova, and Maxey Silver. I love the look of these cards too. They’re no Mosaic, Prizm, Optic, etc, but I’d say mid tier. Would like to see them be a standalone next year, but not at the end of the year lol

I honestly like this set. Products that are hard to hit big cards always have the highest card values. Reminds me of prizm. Could see this set have a lot of potential. Parallels look awesome and it’s chrome.

The autos in this set are so low end. There are some real "WHO?!" moments with these autos, even for the most avid NBA fan.

I opened a hobby box of this yesterday and had 3 decent hits. My mag was a Titan Precious, my auto was Okoro prizm and my flow motion was Lamelo prizm. Still didnt make my money back.

I like these cards a lot, perfect for going under the radar during a time like we are in! People really liked the inserts when released in chronicles 19-20 so it’s kinda weird to see many people dislike it now, I really enjoy this product, who knows this may be one of the products to have down the road!!

Wow - that was brutal for FOTL. At that price point and yield, I'd think I'd rather gamble on buying 15 Flux Hangers - at least you get extra rips. Plus, I'm not feeling the design. Totally agree with Packman in that they could've leveraged existing chrome inserts from Chronicles for a much nicer looking card.

I like the parallels especially the atmosphere ones, but I don’t feel like this was needed. However, I really think all of these products were already planned and in production during the crazy peak of last year. I think Panini even knows this but they have already committed to these extra sets. Hope they go back to how 19-20 was. Felt like that was a good mix of products and had a proper print run that merged demand while still keeping some base relevant.

I watched a fair amount of breaks on Layton. Pretty lucky on your encased card, numbered ones are hard to come by. Even silvers aren't very common for the encased cards. I would say a numbered is probably less than one/case and silvers are MAYBE two/case.

I definitely dig Flux - I ripped a box of FOTL and the bonuses were crap, but I did get a silver rookie Influx Maxey auto, that saved the box. Although, I think Crusade or Phoenix would have made a better standalone set if they were going to pick something from Chronicles.

Agreed. Def prefer Crusade as well, but I don't mind the Flux at all. For the lower end hoops sets, I like the Recon design a bit more than the Flux. Got a hobby box and pulled a gold Anthony Edwards /10 which probably caused me to enjoy the set more. Haha
