The Larry Walker pull really sums up how virtually none of this stuff is going to hold value long term. Walker is literally a Hall of Famer, but his cards are worth virtually nothing. The highest auto sale of his in the last 90 days on ebay was $67. So all of these rookies selling for 5 and 6 figures, they're literally going to have to be a top 10 player all time for those "investments" to pay off.
