• System Requirements
PacMac Deluxe runs on any MacOS™-compatible machine equipped with a 68020 or a PowerPC™. It needs at least System 7.0, Sound Manager 3.0, a 13" (640x480) or higher monitor in 256 colours mode, a 3.5MB to 4MB RAM partition, depending upon screen size and number of music files, about 4MB disk space.
Recommended configuration: a machine equipped with a fast (33MHz or better) 030/040 or a PPC, System 7.5.x, Sound Manager 3.2 or later, a 16" (800x600) 256 colours monitor. The game runs native on both 68K and PPC.

Was that the original release of PacMac! 1.1 or PacMac Deluxe 1.3?

I'm not sure. As a kid I don't remember seeing 1.3, so it was probably the original. I remember we had Mac OS 8.6 & 9 on iMac G3's. When I was searching for the game in 2010, I could only find version 1.3 on DAPPSoft's old website. I downloaded it for my iMac G5 and later my own iMac G3 in early 2011. I still have it on the G3 and all of the extra levels. Problem is, in 2010, I made my own levels on the G5, but the files cannot seem to work on the G3.
