I've been on that one-bag travel hustle for a long time and follow many many one-bag travel/minimalist living channels. I just came across your channel (instantly subscribed, btw) and seeing you do videos like this one; packing out multiple style bags with the same gear or comparing similar bags side by side with your travel kits, and the way that you show the differences has to be the most relevant, informative, and applicable content I've seen to date! I've been through my fair share of travel packs because as you just shown - not all bags the same size carry the same way. Keep these vids goin! This is the kind of stuff aspiring one-baggers want and need to see! Cheers.

The first two have too thin straps for the bag weight, the 3rd looks good. i am surprised they held that much weight. i think you may have failed to mention which compartments are lockable which is important to me.

Goog point, I may have missed that in the comparison, I go into more detail on the individual reviews of each pack

@@OneBagTravels i personally bought the EXP45 although i have not tried it on. I'm hoping for the best one it arrives in the mail. it seems there is no perfect bag out there.

Thanks for your video. I really like the Vibe 40. Is the sternum belt suitable for women?
@OneBagTravels3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! Not really my area of expertise, the fit and use of the straps is gonna depend on body size/shape. No way to know how it's going to fit without trying it on.

Thanks! Did you add the zipper pulls to the X40 pack?
@OneBagTravels3 жыл бұрын
I did not. The ones in the video came with the pack.

Can you review the Stermann 20-30l travel backpack on Amazon for $95. It looks great and there are not many reviews on it. I’m very interested in purchasing it because the price is great, the dimensions fit me great but most importantly the bag only weighs 3 pounds which is more than 1 pound lighter than it’s competitors

That bag looks decent, expandable is good. I'm planning on doing a review of some of the top Amazon backpacks soon, I'll add this to my list, thanks!

This is a great demo that really illustrates the 3 bags. What do you think is the best backpack for an older woman? Thanks 😊

The best backpack is the smallest one that will hold your gear and fit you comfortably 😀

I got EXP34 wheeled luggage. It’s huge. You can get 2 weeks worth of clothes in it no problem. My friend let me try on her 40L carry on pack, and I’m telling you that unless you’ve gone hands-on with something that size, you’re greatly underestimating how big a 40L actually is. I’d estimate you need to be 6-1 or taller to offset something this large- unless you’re big. Also, consider your height. If you’re shorter than 5 feet 9 inches, it’s going to look huge on you, and you’ll hate walking around with it. I’m 5-11 and even I wouldn’t walk around with it. Consider a 25L instead. This is a problem we run into when people try to live out of a carry-on bag- it’s impractical, and while it might be feasible to wear on a trail, you won’t be wearing it in the elevator, on the train, in the shop, or anywhere you need to turn or move without the bag colliding with someone or something. The Metrosafe 25L will get you through, look good, and not be a problem in tighter spaces. Also, bring a checked bag. You’ll thank me later.

I think carry-on only has many advantages to checked luggage. Faster, cheaper, easier etc. But you're also right with the size. I think if you're carrying the bag a lot, it's better to have a smaller pack,
@Alecko063 жыл бұрын
How tall are you? I'm deciding between the Vibe 40 and the EXP45. Even though the 45 is only inches bigger, I think it might be too big for someone small.

5'10" - 45L packs kind of look big on everyone 🤷🏼

@@laurab4570 Haha, yeah, my first videos were on my phone. Croatia is fabulous. Cheaper and less touristy than many other places in western Europe but just as beautiful. Friendly people, easy to get around, some bucket list cities like Dubrovnik, and Plitvice national park is amazing!
