Hecate from Dengeki Bunko can replace Wilhelmina. As for Mechanical Meida Keiji, you can trade for the base form from monster exchange (if you use non-machine type sub), otherwise you can use any assist with haste.

The more HP, the more healing you got from auto-heal. Though losing one team HP+ probably wouldn't be a disaster.
