Thx for the ride Shaggy. Have some similar down here in Victoria. In fact the dirt tracks here are in better condition than the grey stuff 😂

This one was in pretty good condition, only a few rough patches. Slippery though.

Nice one! There are a few channels that feature dashcam shots of driving and I find them fascinating. Only a few Australian ones for inspiration to take a local drive.

That was the original concept beyond starting a KZbin channel. For videos that show road conditions on amazing drives. Somehow meat pies and sausages took over, they are just more popular for some reason.

So much of Australian history I don't know about. Thanks for taking us on the journey!

No worries. I love finding interesting backroads.

Some of those roads look like hard work. I drive a tiny little hairdressers car for fuel efficiency. It can handle some basic unsealed roads but not as much as this.

It isn't too bad if the road is dry and you take it easy. I went through in the late 80's in a Nissan Bluebird while it was raining. And the road was in much worse condition then.

I have driven past the turn off but never went in. I must remedy that.

It is a great drive, you will love it! But mkae sure you go on a day with no rain.

Thanks Shaggy I travel to Broadford twice a week it’s 20 kms before Seymour and I agree with previous comments it is very similar but ❤road looks in far better condition than what we have in Vic It’s actually become a hot political issue our roads in Vic

Victorian roads are atrocious! Even the mess that you call freeways down there. This road was pretty good really. Only a few rough patches but it was very slippery. The council is doing a lot of work along the road to bring it up to scratch.

Some nice scenery. Without being disrespectful etc. You couldn't have whipped-up some snags on a public barbie or grab a pie somewhere on your adventure? May have made it more interesting.🤷♂️
@shaggytrails777Ай бұрын
Yeah, that would have made it perfect!

@@shaggytrails777 Yeah, or even a nice cool Apple Turnover, if it's a hot day! Just a thought. (I'm always full of useless ideas)🙂
@shaggytrails777Ай бұрын
Not a single bakery or barbecue for the entire trip. I suppose I could have lit a fire and cooked some snags but the video was already 150 minutes of footage culled down to 45.

Different people have different tastes in music. The best part about the music that I used is I have the copyright owner's permission to use it for free. I need to start making money out of my videos before I start paying for music to put to the videos.
